Drawings

My drawings are crafted in a similar process to the enamel panels. I make an initial image by running a fine point over the surface of the paper and then the image is revealed by rubbing graphite on top. I chose to use more graphite or rub areas away. I take rubbings of textures and then overlay them with drawings made on tracing paper. These methods allow me to see how I might build an image in enamel through the layering process.
